Rich in beta-carotene, it increased the rate of cell renewal and melanin production, helping prepare your skin for sun exposure and a beautiful summer glow. Don’t worry, if you don’t like carrots you can opt for apricots, papaya, sweet potato, mango, pumpkin or even spinach, lettuce or broccoli – beta-carotene comes in all flavours and colours! 😉
