Traveling with your bars is easier than you might think. Here are a few simple ways to keep them safe and secure on the go:

• Snap the lids onto your bamboo holders and wrap a hair tie, rubber band, or piece of string around them to keep everything in place.
• Mesh soap bags work great, just make sure to place them inside another bag or container if the bars are still a little damp.
• A small glass or tupperware container does the job perfectly.
• A reusable silicone bag is a lightweight and eco-friendly option.
• A tin container keeps them protected and looking neat in your bag.

Our products contain a carefully balanced concentration of Longsheng rice water. Using rice water at too high a concentration too often can disrupt your hair and scalp's natural pH level, which is why we've formulated our products with this in mind. Combined with the other nutrient-rich ingredients in each bar, you'll still get results comparable to a dedicated rice water rinse, without the risk of throwing your scalp off balance.

Our products are designed to moisturize, strengthen, promote regrowth, add volume, boost natural shine, repair damage, and reduce scalp irritation and dryness, all in a pH balanced formula that's gentle enough for everyday use.

Color Treated Hair
All of our products are formulated to be compatible with color treated hair, and we've received a lot of positive feedback from customers who use them alongside their color routines. Our products are paraben-free and made with all-natural ingredients, making them mild and gentle on the hair.

That said, results can vary depending on the type of color used. Toners, semi-permanent dyes, and box dyes often contain heavy metals and chemicals that can react unpredictably with other products. For best results, we recommend using a permanent dye, as it penetrates the hair cuticle and locks in more securely. Since bar shampoos require some friction to lather, this can open the cuticle slightly, which may cause color to fade if it hasn't fully penetrated. To help protect your color, we suggest working up a lather in your palm first and applying it with your hands rather than rubbing the bar directly on your hair. All Hair Colors
Our products work well across all hair colors, whether you have light blonde, red, brown, or black hair. We also have customers with gray or white hair who use our bars to help strengthen, nourish, and brighten their hair, with some even reporting less gray over time.

Type 3 and 4 Hair
We've had many customers with Type 3 and Type 4 hair try our products and love them. Across all variations of these hair types, we've seen consistently positive results so far.

Fine or Thin Hair
All of our products work well on fine or thin hair. If your scalp tends to be oily, we recommend Citrus Yao. For a dry scalp, Hidden Waterfall, Terrace Garden, or Native Essence are great options.
