Magnesium for body and bath
The Magnesium Oil body sprays (Original, Sleep, Joint, Muscle, Sensitive, Menopause) are formulated for topical use: spray them onto the skin. Magnesium Flakes are added to a bath or footbath, and the magnesium in them has been naturally purified over 250 million years.
