Scent Description

Sweet, sharply herbaceous

Blends well with

Lemon, Carrot Seed, Frankincense, Turmeric, Inula, and Rosemary.

Uses

Calms. Quells. Dilute to 1% to massage gently onto babies’ bellies. Melts twitchy muscles. Used as a flavor oil to replace the dried or fresh herb. A drop in salad dressings, in an olive oil drizzle for cucumbers and squash, on steamed potatoes, and in fresh borscht.

Dill is a member of the floral umbrella, umbelliferae, botanical family. It is a close cousin to Caraway and the seeds, which are tiny flattened fruit, are used in much of the same spicy way.
