How to use

Pour your desired amount into a glass and cover with hot or boiling water. Let it cool to a drinkable temperature, then drink and enjoy! You do NOT need to consume the powder at the bottom to get the full benefits — though if you’d like, you can pour a second cup of hot water over the remnants for another round of tea.

Dosage varies widely from person to person — some take as little as ¼ tsp, others up to 2 tsp per day. As with all our blends, we recommend taking this intuitively. The amount you need to heal is unique to YOU, and it may be half or double what someone else needs. This isn’t about whether herbs work — it’s about finding the right dose and the right herb for your body.
