Sprinkle upon pillows or add to diffusers and salt pipe. Dilute for massage or add to an inviting bedtime bath inspiring children to hit the hay after a day of play.

Natural/Organic Ingredients

Lavender (Lavendula Angustifolia) –  The lovely scent of lavender cuddles the senses, letting tension go and relaxing respiration. Lavender is a lullaby that soothes emotions allowing the mind to plunge deeper into the recesses of slow-wave sleep.

Tangerine (Citrus Tangerina) – Tangy Tangerine essential oil is pressed from the peels of sweet Brazilian tangerines. One of the safest and gentlest oils for pregnant women and children, Tangerine Oil has traditionally been used to aid as an aperitif and annul insomnia. Our oil exudes a sunny citrus aroma and a high concentration of the botanical compound limonene. Tangerine is a dream of calm and comfort thanks to its sedative zest.

Spikenard (Nardostachys Jatamansi) –  Sleep soundly in slumberland with sedating spikenard essential oil. This grounding, deeply reassuring root essence relaxes resistance and expands receptive states for serene siestas and nirvana naps.

Chamomile (Anthemis nobilis ) – Caring chamomile essence has a sweet, ethereal, mildly herbaceous-hay presence reminiscent of a ripe apple dancing upon a summer breeze. This essential oil is rich in easing esters making it the gentlest go-to oil to serenely enter into higher states of being. Comforting chamomile graces us with its honey-floral, hypnotic-fruit-scented powers of pacifying apprehension, softening tension, and nestling nerves.
