Laurel Leaf  (Laurus nobilis) – Lovely laurel is revered for its ability to vivify the psychic mind. This invigorating herb increases perception and fosters elevated states of clarity and peace. In Ancient Greece many wreaths were made with laurel’s wither-free leaves and poets, philosophers, victors, emperors and athletes were crowned with laurel. At the Temple of Delphi, priestesses chewed and incensed laurel leaves in the evening to increase intuitive insight, induce dreams of divination, and receive clairvoyant contributions to the Delphic Oracle. Frankincense  (Boswellia carterii ) – The quintessential essence for cultivating reverence is frankincense.     DEEP SLEEP WITH VIVID DREAMS
    as a night shift nurse, i have trouble with my sleep-wake pattern. most times i try to sleep during the daytime to work at night, my sleep would get interrupted by either noise, or i would somehow wake myself up in the afternoon and therefore cannot go back to sleep. i purchased this on a whim thinking i can use for some yoga. *** i put this in my diffuser along with the bedtime blend, immune illume, and feel good today oils. i also put some drops of the sweet sleep oil to my satin linens, pillow, and lambchop plushie. it actually worked! i had one of the best sleep ever since starting as a night shift nurse! i also had really vivid dreams. will update later on to see if this is a constant thing.

    This is my holy grail of Living Libations. I can’t even say it’s the most multi-functional product, but I’m just so utterly in love with this smell, I could literally smell it for hours. When I read the description I just knew I had to try it, and it fitted perfectly, so mystical and enveloping and just brings your mind to wild places. I use it as is, just sniffing the bottle, sometimes doing alternate nostril breathing, or just put a drop under my nose and between eyes, as well as in the diffuser. This blend is a pure blessing for the soul.
