For ages, people have used medications like St. John’s Wort, Albizzia, and Mucuna to treat depression and anxiety-related symptoms. Mucuna and cacao, for instance, have long been utilized as herbal treatments for sadness and anxiety in rainforest cultures.

How to use

Shake well before using.

Add 40-60 drops (1/2tsp) to the tongue directly, or mix with warm water, coffee, juice, or your favorite tea. Use 2-3 times a day, or as needed before meals.
