Laurel Leaf (Laurus nobilis) – Lovely laurel is revered for its ability to vivify the psychic mind. This invigorating herb increases perception and fosters elevated states of clarity and peace. Chamomille (Anthemis nobilis) – Chamomile essential oil has a sweet, ethereal, mildly herbaceous-hay scent reminiscent of a ripe apple dancing upon a summer breeze. This essence is rich in easing esters, making it the gentlest go-to oil to serenely enter into higher states of being. Comforting chamomile graces us with its honey-floral, hypnotic-fruit-scented powers of sedation pacifying apprehension, softening tension, and nestling nerves.

Spikenard (Nardostachys jatamansi ) – Spikenard smells of earth and antiquity; it is comprised of thousands of years of soothing history, spiritual inspiration, and restorative potency. NIGHT NURSE – 26/08/2015

DEEP SLEEP WITH VIVID DREAMS
as a night shift nurse, i have trouble with my sleep-wake pattern. most times i try to sleep during the daytime to work at night, my sleep would get interrupted by either noise, or i would somehow wake myself up in the afternoon and therefore cannot go back to sleep. i purchased this on a whim thinking i can use for some yoga. *** i put this in my diffuser along with the bedtime blend, immune illume, and feel good today oils. i also put some drops of the sweet sleep oil to my satin linens, pillow, and lambchop plushie. it actually worked! i had one of the best sleep ever since starting as a night shift nurse! i also had really vivid dreams. will update later on to see if this is a constant thing.

This is my holy grail of Living Libations. I can’t even say it’s the most multi-functional product, but I’m just so utterly in love with this smell, I could literally smell it for hours. When I read the description I just knew I had to try it, and it fitted perfectly, so mystical and enveloping and just brings your mind to wild places. I use it as is, just sniffing the bottle, sometimes doing alternate nostril breathing, or just put a drop under my nose and between eyes, as well as in the diffuser. This blend is a pure blessing for the soul.
