A journey through the forest is one of life’s luxuries; for in the space between the trees lies the innermost secrets of the soul. To forage into the forest, enjoying your walk in the woods without being buzzed by fly-bys is always the goal. Our Forager’s Balm is formulated with lemony, camphorous-coniferous notes that let you enjoy the outdoors instead of shooing and swatting.

Directions

Forager’s Balm is most effective when used in combination with our Forager’s Cologne. Use the balm on exposed skin, behind the ears, on the face, on the hands, and at the nape of the neck. Avoid using on the eyes. This beautiful balm glides on skin, quenches dry skin and diminishes the appearance of rough patches and redness.

Natural/Organic Ingredients

Leleshwa Oil (Tarchonanthus camphoratus) – Luminous Leleshwa is an illuminating and purifying essential oil also known as African Wild Sage, Wild Camphor Bush, Hottentot Tobacco, and Mikalambati in Swahili. This sagacious sage shrub is wild-crafted in Kenya and has been traditionally used as a folk remedy to deodorize and cleanse. Its clean, camphorous aroma clarifies thinking in an instant, opens the breath and clears the body of sluggishness. Wild animals like elephants and rhinoceros rub their skin upon the shrub to shield their skin from flying and crawling pests.

Geranium Oil (Pelargonium graveolens) – Geranium is potent with the botanical compounds of geraniol and citral which are the competent components that have made geranium an effective crawler-curber throughout history.

Lemon Tea Tree Oil (Leptospermum petersonii) – Lemon Tea Tree contains three potent compounds that are nature’s most effective answer to fly-bys and crawlers: citral, citronellal, and pinene. Lemon tea tree has the added benefit of having a wonderfully uplifting, sunny scent.

Eucalyptus Oil (Eucalyptus globulus) – This particular strain of Eucalyptus contains high amounts of cineol, which is a disincentive to pests.

Lemon Eucalyptus Oil (Eucalyptus staigeriana) – Lemon-Scented Ironbark Eucalyptus contains the compounds of citronellol, citral, geraniol, and limonene.

Cedar Oil (Cedrus atlantica) – Rich, woodsy Cedar oil is the ingredient that takes our Forager’s cologne from a natural pest spray to a stand-alone fragrance. You just might find yourself spritzing even when you’re nowhere near the forest! A deep, lasting aromatic with subtle hints of sweetness, cedar is known to assist in the decision-making process, encourage a calm disposition, and inspire clarity of mind.

Peppermint Oil (Mentha peperita) – Peppermint is wonderfully refreshing yet not to unfriendly flyers who find the aroma too powerful.

Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia chinensis) – Packed with phenolic compounds, tocopherols, and every soluble form of vitamin E, jojoba is nature’s most effective moisturizer. Since it’s so close in composition to the skin’s own natural oils, it is easily absorbed and able to deliver endless moisture to thirsty tissue.

Beeswax (Cera alba) – Bees buzz with a protective, porous wax that locks moisture in and keeps toxins out. Beeswax forms a smooth, invisible coating on your lips, providing a barrier of nourishment against harsh elements.

BRILLIANT AND POWERFUL!
This completely works wonders! A little goes a long way and lasts for a long time too! It is so awesome to have an all natural and healthy product that packs this much punch. Others that I have tried, mostly work but you have to keep re-applying. This really lasts and in combination with the Forager’s Cologne you are set for a full day of play! And it smells beautiful which just adds to the experience! Thanks for all you do Team Living Libations!

Great product!
I took this with me to florida last summer and it was great. I didnt get any bites. The smell is amazing and kept all the nasty bugs away. Its great in combination with the spray.
