Brahmi – One of the most revered medicinal plants in Ayurveda, brahmi is frequently positioned next to tulsi, another useful herb, in altars and temple entrances.

How to use

Add 1/2 tsp to your favorite beverage, coffee, tea, cacao, golden milk, etc.
