How to use

For optimal benefits, consume Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar three times daily: upon waking, mid-morning, and mid-afternoon. Mix one or two teaspoons with a glass of purified water, and if desired, enhance the flavor with one or two teaspoons of organic honey, molasses, 100% maple syrup, or a few drops of stevia.
