How do you determine the ideal nüdie cup size for you?

We’ve crafted the nüdie cup to cater to all women, regardless of their life stage. It comes in three sizes: Teen, A, and B.

The ‘Teen’ size is ideal for individuals under 18 or those in their early 20s with robust pelvic floor muscles.
Size ‘A’ is designed for women aged between 18 and 30 who haven’t undergone a vaginal birth.
