Sandalwood Essential Oil (Santalum album) – Sandalwood is rich and creamy, offering a dreamy scent that harmonizes with your personal scent while balancing oil production. Drier pits and perfect moisture levels mean you are confident in your underarm charm. Our ethically harvested, heavenly scented sandalwood essence is distilled from the heartwood of the aromatic tree. It sizzles with magnificent moisture and botanical biotic powers. This warm, rich, sensual oil is a staple in our Poetic Pits and in natural hair and skin care all over the world.
Lavender Essential Oil (Lavandula officinalis) – Lovely lavender is more than just an aromatherapy staple; it’s the perfect muse to charm your underarms! Lavender is emotionally calming, and soothing, yet it is also wonderful for the skin. Under the arms, lavender soothes tender skin after shaving. Lavender, named from the Latin ‘to wash,’ is a lovely liniment lending our underarm charm a petal-poem of relaxed calm.
Ylang Essential Oil (Cananga odorata) – While others sleep, this Flower of Flowers exudes its exotic fragrance across tropical breezes. Our ylang is steam-distilled in the verdant lushness of Nossi-Bè, Madagascar. This feminine floral is the prettiest petal in our poetic blend, its amorous aroma opens the heart to love as it charms delicate underarms. Ylang oil is a lovely, languid essence that sweetly serves as a natural antiperspirant. The heady, sweet aroma is long-lasting and inspiring, conjuring experiences of balance and beauty.
Chamomile Essential Oil (Anthemis nobilis) – Chamomile has a sweet, ethereal, mildly herbaceous-hay scent reminiscent of a ripe apple dancing upon a summer breeze. A FAVORITE!
I love the Petal Poetic pits–one of my favorite! It’s indescribably delicate and floral, in a light but distinctive way. In general, I’m so glad I discovered Nadine’s Poetic Pits line of products–you couldn’t pay me to wear regular deodorant again. They are more effective, and better for your skin and body than any other commercial product could ever be.
The classic and the Rose are also fabulous. These are scents I never tire of, and make me feel like a queen every time I wear them. It makes each day special. Love at first sniff!

I usually use the lavender poetic pits but I love the light floral scent of the petal. Don’t underestimate how fierce this product is. It will keep you fresh and smelling lovely all day even in the warmest climates!

DANCING IN A SPARKLING, MAGICAL LAND OF WILDFLOWERS AND UNICORNS
Oh this one is my favorite for most of the year. I have purchased and repurchased this one many times. I love how floral and feminine it is. I also love that every time I receive a bottle it smells slightly different from the last (so you know its totally natural). It isn’t creamy to me in any way. It’s warm and uplifting but more dancing in a sparkling, magical land of wildflowers and unicorns than laying in a bed of flower petals if that makes sense? I guess it could be either depending on your imagination. The grapefruit really adds a little zest making it fun and intoxicating. I cannot get enough of it.

THE PERFECT BALANCE
I wear the LL perfume Moccasin Flower and the Petal Poetic Pits and they work beautifully together.
The scent is very soft, feminine and yet slightly earthy at the same time. Not too sweet and not too earthy, just the perfect balance.
Higlhy recommend this smell and I am sure it will work nicely with any of the LL perfumes.

FINALLY
I have never tried living libations but I was always curious , just apprehensive because of the prices. I have tried a few natural deodorants and they were always incredibly disappointing. I finally tried poetic pits and its like a dream come true. I smell amazing and natural and no bad smell at the end of the day. This is so strong (in the BEST way) so you only need a little and it will last a long time. THANK YOU LIVING LIBATIONS!!I will be purchasing again, and other things from your line I am sure.

UNIQUELY FEMININE
This poetic pits makes me imagine a cross between a Barbie Doll and a beautiful but cleverly quick floral shop lady. Letting my little sister sniff it to confirm, she says “Yeah! You’re right about the Barbie Doll part!” It’s definitely hypnotic and mesmerizing of a smell. REALLY unique – it smells like no other!! I enjoy using this during the springtime, to synchronize with the petals opening all around.
