I have this in its former label and it is always in my first aid kit. The best blend for colds, nasal and breathing problems. THE BEST✌
AMBER –
OPENED MY CHEST
This has been the single thing thats helped to deepen my breathing and sleep at night and do almost any other activity. My nose feels open and my chest is no longer feeling tight.
KAKTUSROSE –
DEEP BREATHING
I originally bought this for my mother who experiences challenges in the springtime. I tried a bit in my own salt inhaler and now I use it almost every morning or evening as part of my routine ablutions! It refreshes me, soothes ***, opens, and calms the mind, especially when used in alternate nostril breathing through the salt inhaler. A wonderful product.
TUSHA –
GREAT FOR SEASONAL ALLERGIES!
I have seasonal allergies to ragweed every late August to mid to late September. I absolutely loathe this time of year and have been hoping to find natural remedies to help ease my symptoms as opposed to taking Reactine or Claritin. I went to the Whole Foods Market and was told to try Quercetin capsules and Oculoheel eyedrops as an alternative remedy. So far they have been a good alternative although I found that the Quercetin seemed a bit too much for my tummy, thus I decided to try Living Libations Lungevity Breathing Balm. The scent is medicinal but a beautiful peppermint-y medicinal scent that I love rubbing on my chest in the morning and before I sleep. So far, it seems to be helping my allergies immensely so I must say thank you so much for creating this fabulous balm!
ANGIE –
VERY SOOTHING FOR THE THROAT!
This oil blend is great when used with the salt inhaler. Its very soft on the throat but effective…after a few minutes of deep inhalation through the mouth it breaks up the mucus in my throat, which has been sitting there every morning.
