Relax & Restore
Due in great part to the substance curcumin present in turmeric, turmeric milk is highly regarded for its therapeutic and anti-inflammatory qualities. Golden milk is intended to support the body and mind. It is frequently blended with spices and other reviving and restorative herbs. For thousands of years, Ayurveda medicine and other rainforest cultures have utilized turmeric to treat ailments like joint pain, digestive problems, exhaustion, stiffness, and many more.
In addition to calming plants like Ashwagandha, our Golden Moon Milk also includes healing “spirit” plants like Blue Lotus and Reishi. Moreover, it includes relaxing digestive herbs including lavender, cardamom, and vanilla.

I have been using golden moon milk for the past 4 months every night paired with a hot chamomile tea and a tea spoon moon milk.
I should say this helps me drift into sleep peacefully and keeps my mind relaxed. This has been become my favorite sleep time routine.
