For thousands of years, Ayurveda medicine and other rainforest cultures have utilized turmeric to treat ailments like joint pain, digestive problems, exhaustion, stiffness, and many more.

In addition to calming plants like Ashwagandha, our Golden Moon Milk also includes healing “spirit” plants like Blue Lotus and Reishi. Moreover, it includes relaxing digestive herbs including lavender, cardamom, and vanilla.
