The story of Annmarie Skin Care

Healthy lifestyle bloggers Annmarie and Kevin Gianni set off on a 22-year adventure throughout North and South America in 2008 after firing up their vegetable oil-powered RV. Their objective was to find the top natural health care items and procedures to share with The Renegade Health Show listeners, a well-liked YouTube videocast. As Annmarie and Kevin posted interviews with producers, growers, and healers in the healthcare industry, one of their viewers posted a question: Annmarie, what products do you use for your skin?”

They began digging through their cabinets and checked labels, shocked to see that Annmarie was using products that did not live up to their own high standards.
So soon after they started their trip, they went in search of a product line they could support.

Although they spoke with the proprietors of skin care companies, they weren’t always impressed with their components or outcomes.

After talking with formulators about creating their own skin care line, they were shocked to learn that many of them believed the easiest way to make products safer and more environmentally friendly was to simply omit any toxic ingredients from the label if they were present in concentrations that were too low to be covered by federal labeling regulations.
Annmarie and Kevin didn’t want that either.
Their products would have to be free of toxic chemicals.

In Patagonia, Arizona, there was a small spa that Annmarie entered just as they were about to give up on the mission.
The esthetician there introduced Annmarie to a line of skin care that was unheard of before.
The aroma was unlike anything she had ever smelled before, and the products felt completely different—alive and vibrating with a definite energetic force.
Annmarie noticed effects right away after using the facial oil.
Finally, after more than six months of looking, they found a product line they could embrace.

Annmarie got in touch with Bunnie, who ran the skin care business. Bunnie, a herbalist and chemist, has spent more than 30 years creating products with organic components, employing herbs and extracts that come directly from nature—in their purest and most effective form. Unfortunately, only spas can purchase her goods. Annmarie and Kevin were unable to let go of the line they had discovered since it was so closely connected with their principles. They visited Bunnie once more to ask for her assistance in spreading the word about their range of natural-ingredient skin care products. She happily concurred.

Annmarie Skin Care was introduced in 2009. Each product is made with intention, using our 3-step, Wild. Beautiful. proprietary process. All ingredients are hand-selected, then infused in base oils and aloe juice, and then crafted using additional plant extracts and ingredients to make them as effective as possible. The result is beautiful, glowing skin.

Today, Annmarie and Kevin use consumer education and a natural, organic, wild-crafted product line that speaks for itself to spread the word about excellent, clean, effective skin care.
They’ve assembled a team with COO Rachel Pachivas who is committed to assisting people in making better choices regarding their skin, appearance, and general wellness.

The team’s research into industry practices has uncovered hidden processes in ingredient production, chemical derivatives in so-called natural ingredients, and other shortcuts and oversights. These investigations have helped Annmarie Skin Care create processes to ensure high quality products that will deliver results customers can count on—now and into the future.
