Here is how Innate Life, a company that produces natural products, came to be.

Bhavna founded The Innate Life, an all-natural haircare company inspired by ayurvedic principles of holistic healing. Informed by her own experience with hair products and her desire to spread awareness about their dangers, she created a blog detailing the various toxic ingredients found in conventional beauty products and encouraged her readers to seek out safer alternatives. Seeking to expand the reach of her message, Bhavna launched the brand offering all-natural hair care products free from harmful chemicals.

Bhavna was introduced to oils at a young age by her Indian mother. Her mother routinely massaged her scalp with oils until Bhavna was 10 years old. She hated the oils initially, but realized later in life how beneficial they were for her scalp/hair.

Bhavna’s favorite product is the Dry Scalp Treatment—a mix of antifungal and anti-bacterial oils and herbs that took several months to get right. The treatment was exactly what Bhavna’s scalp needed, and it worked better than any of the medications she ever tried. This is when her oil obsession began, and The Innate Life shortly followed.
