Each suppository contains 2.6 mL of fully ozonated oil, produced using a cold plasma ozone generator with medical-grade oxygen. The advantage of cold plasma (low-frequency) ozone production is that it introduces no heat into the oil. Traditional high-frequency ozone generators can generate temperatures upwards of 250 degrees, which transfers heat into the oil and may degrade some of its beneficial properties.

How to Use

To remove the suppository, tear the plastic shell lengthwise starting at the center perforation at the top. Apply lubricant if needed before insertion. Use as needed or as directed by your healthcare provider.

For rectal use: Insert following a bowel movement, past the sphincter muscle. You may feel an urge to evacuate afterward — try to hold for 15 to 20 minutes if possible for best absorption.
For vaginal use: Insert 2 to 4 inches while lying down, preferably at night. Remain lying flat for at least 30 minutes for best absorption.

How to Store
Store suppositories in the freezer — this makes them easier to handle and extends their shelf life. When kept frozen, they can last for years

What is the shelf life of PurO3?

Refrigerated PurO3 oils can stay fresh for five to ten years. At room temperature, aim to use them within six months to a year based on your home's conditions. For suppositories, store them in the freezer, as their shelf life matches that of regular ozonated oils.
