(Recipe) Easy & quick elderflower lemonade


Elderflower Lemonade

Nature spoils us once again and end of may and early June the elder bushes get covered with the beautiful and aromatic elderflowers.

Ready in: 36 hours

Difficulty: easy


All you need is:

  • 3-4 elderflower clusters
    (the mini umbrella like branch covered with the white flowers)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1,5l of water
  • big jar or a water jug



  1. Put the elderflowers, cut lemon in 8 and squeeze out the juice(remove skin if your lemon is not organic), put water and let in fridge for 24 to 36 hours.
  2. Strain and enjoy directly or store leftovers in the fridge in closed bottle.
  3. You may re-use the flowers for another batch after the first one and change the lemon.
