These apricot halves come from wild trees growing high in the mountains of Uzbekistan, free from preservatives and sulphur dioxide. Untouched by systemised breeding programs or modern production schedules, they ripen on nature’s own timeline — and it shows.

Carefully hand-picked from the mountainside, these wild apricots have a character that even the finest organically cultivated fruit can’t quite match. There’s something about them — call it terroir, call it wildness — that simply can’t be replicated in an orchard.
