How to use 

Using your fingers, evenly and liberally apply to your entire face and neck. Wear by itself or after applying foundation. Apply once every two hours. Why? We want you to protect and preserve that SPF as much as possible while still allowing your skin to breathe.

Rosemary Advice: To measure the precise amount of sunscreen required for your face and neck, use the two-finger method. Just apply two thin lines of sunscreen, starting at the base and ending at the tip, to your middle and index fingers.
