The Nettle Treatment Use the mitt’s multipurpose surface vigorously on your rough feet, knees, and elbows while using a gentle touch on your delicate skin for soft skin all over. Use your favorite moisturizer to lubricate a dry-mitt massage, or use a soap to lather up in the shower. Or, for a very sudsy sensual experience, try a dab of Seabuckthorn Shampoo.

The Nettle massage mitt with copper. Nettle fibers that have been cultivated organically are woven with cotton and copper threads to make a mitt that is ready to energize and exfoliate the skin. Antimicrobial copper threads help to promote a healthy skin-biome balance. The mitt is resistant to mold and mildew thanks to these glittering threads.
