This flattering incandescent cream highlighter works in four ways to blur imperfections and create the ultimate glow.
Wat Makes It Special
This highlighting cream contains a combination of organic jojoba, chia and meadowfoam seed oils to hydrate, firm and smooth while light-reflecting pearls help to diffuse imperfections with a soft radiant glow. Use alone, as a base, mixed with foundation or as a highlighter on its own.
How To Apply:
Our versatile cream formula can be used in a variety of ways:
- On its own for natural radiance: Warm a small amount of product between fingers and apply a thin layer all over the face, massaging into skin as you would a moisturizer.
- As the first step prior to foundation: Warm a small amount of product between fingers and apply a thin layer all over the face, massaging into skin as you would a moisturizer. Follow with foundation.
- Mixed with any foundation to add dimension and warmth: Mix both products on the back of your hand and then apply using fingers, sponge or a brush to blend into skin for a luminous base.
- To amplify radiance on elevated areas of the face: Using fingers, sponge or a brush, apply to elevated areas of the face such as cheekbones, down the bridge of the nose, inner corner of eyes and on cupid’s bow.
“rich” in radiance: a rose gold incandescence for light to medium skin tones.
“deep” in radiance: an auburn incandescence for deep skin tones.
Rose-Marie’s Top Tip
The idea of Master Radiance Base was somewhat of a happy accident! I thought I had “un”cover-up 22 in my hand and when I went to blend it on the woman’s face everyone gasped at the results and I quickly realized I applied Master Mixer. It was so beautifully forgiving on her skin and elevated the whole texture of it. I took this concept to formulate more of a whipped, creamy textured product that could be easily applied all over the face with the addition of ingredients like chia and meadowfoam seed oils to create the skin’s most gorgeous canvas.
This product is magical for enhancing the skin and creating radiance without the greasiness. It beautifully evens out imperfections and doubles as a sun-kissed bronzer for lighter skin tones.

I was very unsure if I should purchase this product. I have combination skin with an oily t-zone and have some enlarged pores in some places (who doesn’t?!). I loved the idea of this product and it looked amazing on pictures. However, I thought it would make me look super oily and enlarge pores even note. I was so wrong, it looks absolutely beautiful, gives you this very youthful look especially mixed with the un cover up concealer. I just top it off with the un powder in the t-zone. Love it soooo much!

This is very pretty and shimmery but still can look subtle and natural. I wear shades 00 or 11 and chose the lighter shade and it works well on my very fair skin.

I was hesitant, products that advertise radiance often just make me look shiny or glittery but I have never come across an Rms product that I didn’t like so I decided to give it a go. And I am so glad that I did. This goes on smoothly feels like a balm and provides that radiant healthy look that seems oh so natural. I usually wear it first and then touch up areas with uncover-up and it gives me a rested look and glow even on those bad days. Love it, It will be a staple!

Really amazing product! I love how much I glow when I use this product as a base With foundation and by itself. Highly recommend if you’re looking for the natural look! But the again, RMS is really good at giving you the natural look you want.
