    My Latest “Addiction”
    I put drops of this on chocolate, coconut, cherries, pineapple, you name it. My favorite is organic cherries, it reminds me of the candy Red Hots. This essential oil has so many benefits and tastes so, so good. It’s hard to stop myself from eating it. (Mental note: Must buy bigger bottle next time.)

    I love this cinnamon essential oil. It is very potent and one drop in my hot chocolate is more than enough to experience its wonderful flavour. I love diffusing it with blood orange essential oil in my Living Libations Breeze Aroma Diffuser which is also the best by the way !

    Very intense oil with strong aroma, I love cinnamon and this oil is great, just be careful not to exaggerate cause it may burn and the aroma gets stronger with time. I use it in my homemade tooth serum and in culinary creations

    Wow!
    I’ve been experimenting with different essential oils in order to find something for my monthly cramps. From all the oils in question for me it seems to be cinnamon bark from Living Libations.
    When the cramping starts I apply a few drops of jojoba oil and 2 – 4 drops of cinnamon bark on my ovaries. Throughout day one I repeat this about three times. And all the cramps are gone.
    That way I spare my body 4 painkillers every month!! What a blessing!
