Archival Botanical Oils

All blends are built upon a shared base of slow-absorbing, cold-pressed botanical oils — chosen for their affinity with the skin and their ability to carry aromatic distillates gently and effectively. Bioregional botanicals are house-distilled in a traditional copper alembic at our historic atelier in Galt. All ingredients are organic.

How to use

Add a few drops to warm bathwater to soften and replenish. Drizzle onto damp skin after bathing as a lightweight body oil. Blend with Epsom, magnesium, or Dead Sea salts for a nutritive soaking ritual. Or apply to pulse points, hands, or feet as an anointing oil for moments of grounding and restoration.

Lavender Mélange

A layered expression of lavender in its many forms. Soft floral sweetness gives way to herbaceous depth and a subtle camphorous warmth — familiar yet complex, calming without being soporific.
Dusk fields, linen, and quiet air.

Mentha Veris

Bright, green, and clarifying. Cooling mints rise first, followed by clean herbal notes and the grounding backbone of rosemary — fresh without sharpness, restorative rather than stimulating.
Cool water, open air, and early morning light.

Archival Chamomilla

Soft, resinous, and quietly comforting. Wild chamomile brings a gentle apple-like warmth, anchored by the green bitterness of petitgrain and the balsamic sweetness of benzoin resin.

Our archival oils are an atelier-exclusive, private release — packaged with quiet intention. Each is finished with our embossed tin emblem, a minimal label, and a sustainable rubber cap. About Tidelands House

Tidelands House is a Canadian botanical skincare atelier founded by herbalist Dominique Del Col. Each formula is handcrafted in a solar-lit stillroom inside a restored 19th-century stone cottage, where herbs hang from timber rafters and botanicals are prepared in rhythm with the seasons.

Wild-foraged plants, biodynamic cultivation, and marine botanicals gathered from Canada’s eastern shores form the heart of every preparation. Ingredients are harvested at peak vitality and crafted in micro-batches to preserve potency, freshness, and energetic integrity.
