Living Libations Lilac Lady Petal Perfume is a full bloom perfume steeped in the gossamer grace of lilac’s hypnotic spring-aroma, which is lovely to lace upon your skin and hair. The Lady of this petal perfume is the lavish lilac, a flower so delicate and elusive that its authentic fragrance has rarely been captured in natural perfume form.
With lilac fused in perfect proportion with the luxuriant botanicals of jasmine, ylang, chamomile, lavender, black-currant and sandalwood, lilac is able to unfold herself to the senses, embracing the air with a subtle sensuality.
Brimming with floral waxes, Lilac flower’s effulgent aroma is elusive and has been difficult to capture through steam distillation. Traditionally, lilac fragrance was created by picking only the warmest blossoms that had bloomed in the morning sun. The flowers would then be rushed to a still-room where they were saturated in oil using a process known as enfleurage. This process created an incredibly thick, odorous perfume that was further diluted with refined alcohols like vodka.

Lilac Blossoms (Syringa vulgaris) – The spring-fresh scent of lady Lilac has never before been bottled to such perfection. Elusive and shy, like a dancing spring butterfly fluttering by, our Lilac Lady Perfume can only be coaxed by the most delicate distillation methods. This super-critical extraction presses past the standardized and synthesized, capturing lilac’s floral waxes and offering the purest essence of lilac in all its ethereal glory.
Jasmine Grandiflorum (Jasminum grandiflorum) – As a joy juice, Jasmine embodies the hopeful essence of a glorious sunrise. Jasmine grandiflorum is distilled from the dewy-dawn petals of Indian Poet’s Jasmine. This ancient amorous essence is much more than a delicious-smelling stress reliever; in Ayurveda, jasmine grandiflorum has an affinity for the female essence and is used to bolster bliss. A drop of this exotic essence is profoundly inspiring and increases the charisma of the person anointed with this juice of jasmine.

I REGRET GETTING A SMALL BOTTLE
bought this from other side of the world, as i cannot find anything as natural and as beautiful as these EOs. difficult and rare to find lilac EO due to it’s difficult process to extract, and i have no idea how Nadine is able to do so.
i bought it in 5ml size and i regret not getting a larger bottle. it came in the aluminium travel spray like tube and inside glass bottle were the thick-creamy-like perfume. first impression was so-so, it didn’t impress me nor was a disappointment, but it grew on me! floral like and calming. i spray it at the base of my neck and chest and when ever the wind blows, i can smell it right away. it’s silage is moderate and non invasive. in humid and hot weather (HK) you think it would fade quick? strangely this perfume is able to stay on my skin for around 9-10 hrs. (the scent would stay on my hair for at least 3 days if i happen not to wash it) i wouldn’t mind spraying a little bit more throughout the day though, cos it makes me so happy and relaxed.
i’m glad it’s not limited edition and i can get it regularly when one day, maybe, i decide to bathe in this solution

I loved perfumes all my life. However, there has been quite a while since I ditched all synthetic and toxic perfumes (after a severe health issue that threatened my life) and I began to think a little better of what I am putting on my body. Therefore, I decided to try the Living Libations perfumes and so…a beautiful “lady” came for a visit…let me introduce you…her name is “Lilac Lady”…..

SPRING IN A BOTTLE
I bought a sample from raw living uk and at first sniff was disappointed that I couldn’t smell lilac. I put the bottle away and thought it wasn’t for me. A YEAR LATER I pulled out the sample and tried again…wow! It blew me away! I was finally able to smell the glorious lilac and was transported to a spring garden in the middle of winter. I cannot stop thinking about this perfume and will order a full size when I get a chance. I can’t wait to try her other perfumes!

As with all LL perfumes the scent is very hard to describe, because of its depth. I usually never liked floral scents, I preferred woody and warm, I seem to actually prefer LLs floral perfumes. It smells like actual Flowers, like I just rolled around somewhere on Holiday in Beautiful Flowers. So far I liked Pretty much everysingle one of their perfumes (moccasin Flower, laviash abundance, lei Lady lei, night flight to venus,) I just havent been able to decide on my favorite.
