Each suppository is 2.6 mL and made with fully ozonated oil.

What sets them apart is the process. We use a cold plasma (low-frequency) ozone generator with medical-grade oxygen, which means no heat enters the oil during production. Traditional high-frequency generators can reach temperatures upwards of 250°F—heat that transfers into the oil and may degrade some of its beneficial properties. Our cold plasma method keeps the oil cool from start to finish, preserving its integrity.

How to Use

To remove the suppository, tear the plastic shell lengthwise starting at the center perforation at the top (see side view). Apply a lubricant before insertion if needed. Use as needed or as directed by your healthcare provider.

For rectal use: Insert following a bowel movement, past the sphincter muscle. You may feel an urge to evacuate afterward—try to hold for 15–20 minutes when possible for best absorption.
For vaginal use: Insert 2–4 inches while lying down, preferably at night. Remain flat for at least 30 minutes for best absorption.

How to Store
Store in the freezer for easier use and a longer shelf life. Will keep for years when frozen.

What is the shelf life of PurO3?

Refrigerated PurO3 oils can stay fresh for five to ten years. At room temperature, aim to use them within six months to a year based on your home's conditions. For suppositories, store them in the freezer, as their shelf life matches that of regular ozonated oils.
