How to Use

To remove the suppository, tear the plastic shell lengthwise starting at the center perforation at the top (see side view). Apply a lubricant before insertion if needed. Use as needed or as directed by your healthcare provider.
For rectal use: Insert following a bowel movement, past the sphincter muscle. You may feel an urge to evacuate after insertion—try to hold for 15–20 minutes when possible for best absorption.

How to Store
Store in the freezer for easier use and longer shelf life. Will keep for years when frozen.

What is the shelf life of PurO3?

Refrigerated PurO3 oils can stay fresh for five to ten years. At room temperature, aim to use them within six months to a year based on your home's conditions. For suppositories, store them in the freezer, as their shelf life matches that of regular ozonated oils.
