How to use
Twice a week, treat yourself to a foot spa to maintain a healthy magnesium balance. We advise getting a foot spa every other day, ideally right before bed if you have health issues. dosage of 125 g in approximately 4 l of warm water. 37 °C is the suggested temperature. Duration: ideally 30 minutes, but at least 20 minutes.
Not recommended for use in electric foot spas because to the corrosive nature of magnesium, which will damage steel components like pumps.

- Magnesium is the conductor in your body and determines how well other vitamins and minerals are absorbed or used.
- When in doubt, always consult your doctor or therapist.
