Comment utiliser
Deux fois par semaine, offrez-vous un bain de pieds pour maintenir un bon équilibre en magnésium. Nous conseillons de faire un bain de pieds tous les deux jours, idéalement juste avant le coucher si vous avez des problèmes de santé. dosage de 125 g dans environ 4 l d’eau chaude. La température suggérée est de 37 °C. Durée : idéalement 30 minutes, mais au moins 20 minutes.
Il n’est pas recommandé de l’utiliser dans les spas de pieds électriques en raison de la nature corrosive du magnésium, qui endommage les composants en acier tels que les pompes.
