How to use

Spread out over the course of the day, 20 to 30 drops are the recommended dosage. The biological absorption is at its best when it is spread out as much as feasible. 52 milligrams of magnesium is equal to 10 drops of the substance. Use as a salt alternative in cooking or add to coffee, tea, water, dairy products, or smoothies. Never go beyond the suggested dosage. There are 530 droplets in the bottle.

Children can use the product, however the dosage needs to be adjusted. Every person, kid or adult, receives magnesium from their regular diet, thus we advise against supplementing with more than half of the RDA (350 to 400 mg for adults). If the dose is too large, the excess is eliminated by the body on its own. You would prefer to prevent diarrhea, which is a common side effect of consuming too much magnesium.

Recommended dosage for children:

3 to 5 years: maximum 10 drops
5 to 8 years: maximum 20 drops
9 to 12 years: up to 30 drops

For children up to 3 years old, we recommend using only transdermal magnesium (via the skin). Above 12 years the dose is the same as for adults.

Is it possible I can take in too much Zechsal magnesium?

The simple response is "no."
The kidneys are just used to eliminate any extra magnesium. It is recommended that people with severe kidney disorders avoid using Zechsal products.

Why is skin absorption superior to tablet consumption?

Zechsal is quickly delivered to the cells, where it is most needed, when it is absorbed through the skin.

The gastrointestinal tract is unaffected by skin absorption. The likelihood of experiencing diarrhoea, a side effect of taking magnesium supplements, is reduced. The body's intake (absorption) of the active component is maximized since no wasteful degradation of the ingredient occurs.

But isn't magnesium present in the foods we consume?

Definitely. Magnesium can be found in wholewheat bread, bananas, soy, almonds, kale, chocolate, and many more foods. But a lot of people (unawarely) have a magnesium shortage.

This is due to both our eating habits and the fact that less magnesium is now present in our diet than it once was. The latter is a result of our soil's depletion. Your requirement for more magnesium will depend on a variety of variables.
