How to use
Spread out over the course of the day, 20 to 30 drops are the recommended dosage. The biological absorption is at its best when it is spread out as much as feasible. 52 milligrams of magnesium is equal to 10 drops of the substance. Use as a salt alternative in cooking or add to coffee, tea, water, dairy products, or smoothies. Never go beyond the suggested dosage. There are 530 droplets in the bottle.
Children can use the product, however the dosage needs to be adjusted. Every person, kid or adult, receives magnesium from their regular diet, thus we advise against supplementing with more than half of the RDA (350 to 400 mg for adults). an addition. If the dose is too large, the excess is eliminated by the body on its own. You would prefer to prevent diarrhea, which is a common side effect of consuming too much magnesium.
Recommended dosage for children:
3 to 5 years: maximum 10 drops
5 to 8 years: maximum 20 drops
9 to 12 years: up to 30 drops
For children up to 3 years old, we recommend using only transdermal magnesium (via the skin). Above 12 years the dose is the same as for adults.
