(Recipe) Almost-spring awakening Green Tonic

A fresh start, from the inside out.

As the days slowly begin to stretch and the light changes ever so slightly, you can almost feel it — that quiet shift toward spring. It’s not fully here yet, but something is moving. The air feels different. The energy softens. New ideas begin to take shape.

Just like brushing your scalp stimulates circulation and encourages healthy growth, what we nourish ourselves with can gently support that same renewal from within.

This week, we’re keeping things light, fresh and simple with a green tonic that feels like the first breath of a new season.

(Recipe) Spring awakening Green Tonic

Ingredients (1 glass)

  • 1 handful fresh spinach

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • ½ green apple

  • 1 cm fresh ginger

  • 200 ml coconut water

  • Optional: ½ tsp matcha or chlorella

How to prepare

Blend everything until smooth.
Pour into your favourite glass.
Take a moment before you drink it.

Breathe in.
Slow down.
Let it be part of your ritual.
