How to Use

Apply one drop to each nostril using a clean fingertip to hydrate and clear airways.

For deeper nasya practice, tilt your head back and let a drop or two fall into each nostril, then gently inhale.

Use a damp cotton swab to anoint the inside of the nose for extra hydration.

Can also be massaged onto cheekbones, neck, or ears to comfort sinuses.

Add a drop to bath water, a diffuser, or a salt pipe for expanded breathing support.

Pair with mouth tape overnight to encourage full nasal breathing during sleep.

Considered to be one the strongest varieties of Thyme and hailing from a valley in Southern Morocco where the Atlas Mountains greet the sands of the Sahara Desert.
