Breast massage may be performed at any point in the menstrual cycle depending on your comfort. Our breast tissue extends from the breastbone in the center of the chest to the underarms, and from below the collarbone down to the sixth or seventh rib.
Put 1-2 drops of Breast Massage Oil on each hand and place your hands under the breasts. Massage inward and upward in a circular motion, slowly covering the entire chest. Use this time to become familiar with how your breasts feel.

The best way to care for Your breast health!
I will admit the the reason behind me buying this product is deeply personal – my mom’s breast cancer bombshell swept her and the whole family off the feet in a bad way. Long story short, the reason behind it was estrogen dominance in the body, something none of us had a clue about. Lots and lots can be said on the subject, but do you know that you can help yourself, even if You do have estrogen dominance? Did you know that you can massage it away out of the breasts? O r that specific oils aid healing for this area? I too was clueless till I found this gem of information in Nadine’s book, Renegade Beauty (something I cannot recommend enough, Your mind will be blown more than once!). Needless to say I hit the internet like a mad woman to research specifically made products, and luckily I did not have to go far, fortunately Living Libations have one! The price is very reasonable considering only the finest oils and carrier oils are used , besides it lasts for months.
