Wrapping Technique

Step 1: Prepare Your Base

Begin with a base of kraft packing paper, which provides a neutral background for your musical-themed wrapping.

Step 2: Musical Accents

Carefully tear or cut music manuscript pages from a music manuscript book, creating unique decorative elements that will add a sophisticated, artistic touch to your gifts.

Step 3: Layering

Overlay the music manuscript pages on your wrapped gift, creating interesting textures and visual depth. Secure with minimal tape to maintain the delicate aesthetic. (You can also cut out Christmas tree shapes, like we have, and glue them together for an extra festive touch)

Step 4: Natural Embellishments

Wrap natural twine around the package, then accent with small artificial greenery sprigs for a festive, organic feel (The Dutch Home and Living greenery shown in the photos is detachable which makes it very easy to use for crafts and can be repurposed afterwards); you can also add other little trinkets to customize your gifts like we have done with our angel.
