How to Use

Apply one drop to each nostril using a clean fingertip to hydrate and clear airways.

For deeper nasya practice, tilt your head back and let a drop or two fall into each nostril, then gently inhale.

Use a damp cotton swab to anoint the inside of the nose for extra hydration.

Can also be massaged onto cheekbones, neck, or ears to comfort sinuses.

Add a drop to bath water, a diffuser, or a salt pipe for expanded breathing support.

Pair with mouth tape overnight to encourage full nasal breathing during sleep.

Inula – Inula graveolens	An invaluable aid for aromatherapy apothecaries and prized as the strongest mucolytic in the French medical book, L’aromatherapie exactement, Inula is a unique, clarifying essence distilled from welcoming yellow flowers. This elegantly inhalable essence breathes new life into the nose and aerates airways. Inula’s electric-herbaceous-floral aroma is illuminated with constituents of sharp cineol notes, beneficial bornyl acetate, and soothing sesquiterpene lactones.
Bee Balm – Monarda fistulosa	This sweet, herbaceous essence with a hint of forest-floral mint is distilled from purple flowers found and foraged in the wilds of Canada. Bee Balm is a gentle yet effective, mildly astringent and broad-spectrum essence that is a gentle alternative to Oregano with many aspects similar to Thyme. Thyme – Thymus satureioides	Saturated with pure potency, satureioides is a legend in its own Thyme!
