Now presented with a complete archival label, this limited 2025 reserve has been thoughtfully gathered and bottled in small quantities. This particular release is exclusive to our atelier.

Wild Melissa (Melissa officinalis L.), traditionally known as Honey Balm, has long been valued for its calming and clarifying qualities. Its name comes from its naturally sweet, lemon-like scent and its historic use to soothe both bees and people. Our Melissa was harvested at peak bloom from the hedgerows of our stone carriage house garden.

This year’s distillation also includes fermented spring violets, gathered from our organic allotment. Together, these botanicals create a soft, herbaceous tonic that feels cooling, lightly floral, and gently uplifting.

This hydrosol can be used as a nourishing facial tonic or as an aromatic body mist. Mist generously over the face, skin, or linens as desired.

Prepared only once each year, this small-batch hydrosol is available in very limited quantities.

How to Use

Shake well before use. Mist into the palm of your hand and blend with a few drops of your chosen facial serum. Press gently into the face, neck, and chest.

It may also be used as a refreshing body mist or inhaled directly for moments of calm throughout the day.
