How to Report Your Lost Parcel in 3 Easy Steps

In order to trace your missing package and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund, we need some specific information from you. This data will be used solely for investigating this case and will not be stored longer than necessary.
We treat your information confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Before filling in the form, please note:

  1. Fill in all required fields completely and accurately.

  2. Where possible, include supporting documents (for example, a courier statement, photos of received shipments or packaging).

  3. Submit the form within 7 days of discovering the issue.

  4. You will receive an acknowledgement within 5 business days along with information on the next steps.
