With just three simple ingredients, it’s the perfect dessert for warm days and can be customized with your favourite seasonal toppings.
Ingredients
- 3 cups full-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- ½ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional toppings
- Fresh strawberries
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Dark chocolate shavings
- Chopped pistachios
- Toasted coconut flakes
- Honey or an extra drizzle of maple syrup
Instructions
- Mix the Greek yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Transfer to a loaf tin or airtight freezer-safe container.
- Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, let the frozen yogurt sit at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Stir or gently break up the mixture with a spoon before scooping.
- Finish with your favourite toppings.
