Ingredients
- 500g cooked red beets
- 2 avocados
- Extra virgin olive oil
- White wine vinegar
- Mustard (fine or coarse)
- Black pepper
- Salt
- 80g arugula
- 160g goat cheese (e.g., honey-flavored salad cheese balls)
- 40g roasted walnuts
- A handful of finely chopped fresh dill
Instructions:
