- Gently rinse the strawberries and mint.
- Slice the strawberries and place them in a large glass pitcher.
- Lightly crush the mint leaves between your fingers to release their natural oils and add them to the pitcher.
- Add the lemon slices, if using.
- Fill the pitcher with cold filtered water.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavours to infuse.
- Serve over ice and garnish with a few extra mint leaves and strawberry slices.
Tip
For an extra refreshing twist, freeze a few strawberry slices and mint leaves into ice cubes before serving.
