Ingredients for Ice Pops

  • 1 1/2 cups of coconut water
  • 1/2 cup of fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup of fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of Organic Barley & Kamut (Wheatgrass) Juice Powders from Na’vi Organics
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the coconut water, spinach, pineapple, banana, and mint leaves. Blend until smooth and well combined.

  2. Add the Organic Barley & Kamut (Wheatgrass) Juice Powders from Na’vi Organics to the blender, and blend again until the powders are fully incorporated and the mixture is uniform in color.

  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if desired, adding honey or agave syrup as needed. If you’d like to add some texture to your ice pops, stir in the chia seeds.

  4. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, filling each mold almost to the top. Leave a small amount of space for the mixture to expand as it freezes.

  5. Insert the ice pop sticks into the molds, ensuring they are centered and secure.

  6. Place the ice pop molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the ice pops are completely solid.

  7. To remove the ice pops from the molds, briefly run the molds under warm water to loosen the ice pops. Gently pull on the sticks to release the ice pops.

  8. Enjoy your refreshing and energizing green ice pops made with Organic Barley & Kamut (Wheatgrass) Juice Powders from Na’vi Organics!
