Poetic Pits zijn 100% geconcentreerde essentiële oliën, dus het is het beste om een beschadigde, ontstoken en allergische huid te ontwijken. De ingrediënten zijn geselecteerd uit essentiële oliën die erkend zijn als veilig voor de huid. Omdat iedereen een huid heeft die uniek reageert, adviseren wij gebruikers om vóór gebruik een patchtest te doen in de elleboog. Buiten bereik van kinderen bewaren. Voor gebruik op een extra gevoelige huid, verdunnen met jojoba-olie of probeer onze Crème Underarm Charms.
Natuurlijke/biologische Ingrediënten
Essentiële olie van sandelhout (Santalum album) – Geen enkele poëtische put zou compleet zijn zonder een vleugje sandelhout, gemengd of puur! Sensueel sandelhout is rijk en romig en biedt een dromerige geur die harmonieert met uw persoonlijke geur en tegelijkertijd de olieproductie in balans brengt. Dankzij drogere oksels en een perfect vochtgehalte bent u zeker van uw charme onder de oksels. Onze ethisch geoogste, hemels geurende sandelhoutessence wordt gedestilleerd uit het kernhout van de aromatische boom. Het bruist van prachtige vochtigheid en botanische biotische krachten. Deze warme, rijke, sensuele olie wordt gebruikt in onze Poetic Pits en in natuurlijke haar- en huidverzorging over de hele wereld.
Palo Santo essentiële olie (Bursera graveolens) – De biddende palo santo is een nauwe neef van de wierookboom, en net zo heilig. Dit ceremoniële hout, ook bekend als Heilig Hout, wordt al eeuwenlang verbrand als wierook en gebruikt in preparaten. De essentiële olie wordt gedestilleerd uit de aromatische hars van volwassen, gevallen stukken hout die van deze Zuid-Amerikaanse boom afstammen. Net als wierook is palo santo versterkend en verstevigend voor de huid. Het rijke harsachtige aroma maakt het een versterkende geur en natuurlijke deodorant.
Muhuhu essentiële olie (Brachyleana hutchinsi) – Ook bekend als Afrikaans sandelhout, muhuhu olie is een amoureus aroma gedestilleerd uit schors. Deze natuurlijke geurverdrijver houdt kuilen fris.
Essentiële kardemomolie (Elettaria cardamomum) – Charismatische kardemom is een opwekkende essence die ook een kruidenlichter is met meer dan 4000 jaar gebruik in de hele oude wereld. De geur van kardemom is warm, groen en kruidig, terwijl het aroma verfrissend en opwekkend is. Versterk de geest en heilig uw oksels met de tijdloze charme van pure kardemom.
Citroenmirte essentiële olie (Backhousia citriodora) – Citroenmirte bevat bijna 10x zoveel citral als gewone citroenolie! Levendige citroenmirte is een pittige, verkwikkende essence die ervoor zorgt dat je oksels op hun best ruiken.

I am currently completely and utterly obsessed with Palo Santo and so I chose the namesake Poetic Pits, which contains a mixture of two of my favorite woods (Palo Santo and sandalwood), as well as muhuhu bark (African sandalwood), cardamom and lemon myrtle essential oils. This little vial smells… Well, divine! Granted, you must be a fan of Palo Santo, but if you are, you will fall in love (though you might still do so even if you don’t have any strong feelings about the sacred wood). The smell is warm, woody, soft and plush – like a being wrapped in the plushest cashmere blanket in front of a fireplace, while drinking a hot buttered rum. Sounds deliciously wintry? Maybe that’s because I wouldn’t suggest using this in the summer, unless you have a true hippie’s laissez faire attitude towards body odor.
Simply put, the Underarm Charms won’t stop you from sweating and there really isn’t anything in them to prevent that sweat turning stinky once you do. So is it a good idea to use them in New York in July for a full day in the office, while wearing a polyester shirt? Probably not. Again, all this depends on your personal chemistry, but I would urge caution and common sense. That being said, I still recommend this product wholeheartedly. Why? It just smells so. damn. good!

Nadine, you always amaze me with your products, but I have to say this one is my absolute favourite so far. With a beautiful scent that is perfectly balanced between masculine and feminine, a drop lasts all day and works better than any deodorant i’ve ever tried. As a bonus, this works just as well as a perfume, and just a tiny amount lasts all day giving me an absolutely magical scent. I can’t say enough good things about this product – every natural deodorant i’ve tried has not compared to this – and like others have said, there is not even a hint of a bad smell when i use poetic pits, even after a full day of sweating. Nadine, i love you and everything you’ve created.
