Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cm fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sushi vinegar
- 2 teaspoons crispy chili oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
Instructions
- Wash the cucumber and slice it into thin slices. A mandoline works best for this, but you can also use a cheese slicer or a knife.
- Mix the soy sauce with the sushi vinegar, crispy chili oil, and sesame oil.
- Finely chop the garlic and ginger, then add them to the dressing.
- Add the cucumber slices to the dressing, mix well, and garnish the salad with sesame seeds.
