Nadine’s Beach Breeze Hair Spray

Ingredients:

• 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of Sea Salt
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) of Warm Water
• 3 drops of one or two Essential Oils (choose from Ylang, Jasmine, Rose Otto, Frankincense, Sandalwood, Vetiver, Rosemary, Chamomile, or Palmarosa)
• 2 drops of Jojoba Oil (optional, especially recommended for dry hair)

Instructions:

1. Start by dissolving the sea salt in warm water. The warmth of the water will help the salt to dissolve more easily.

2. Once the salt is fully dissolved, add in the drops of your chosen essential oils. These aromatic essences not only offer delightful scents but also carry various hair-nourishing properties.

3. If you have dry hair, the addition of jojoba oil is a great idea. It closely resembles the natural oil sebum, which is produced by our scalp, making it an excellent natural conditioner.

4. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until they are well combined.

5. To use, simply work a small amount of this mixture through your hair with your fingers. Scrunch it a bit to encourage those beachy waves, and let your hair air dry naturally.
