Aromatherapie Vorteile: Diese Öle sind dafür bekannt, dass sie den Geist beruhigen und den Körper entspannen. Außerdem sollen sie den Hormonhaushalt ausgleichen* und aphrodisierende Eigenschaften haben.

Anwendung: Parfüm direkt auf die Haut sprühen, damit die Öle durch die Körperwärme aktiviert werden. Konzentrieren Sie sich auf die Pulspunkte, z. B. Handgelenke und Nacken. Sie können es auch auf Haare und Kleidung sprühen, um den Geruch zu verlängern.
