Jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis) – Glorieuze, gouden jojoba voedt en verzorgt de dorstige huid. Jojoba heeft een ongeëvenaard vermogen om de huid te hydrateren, de olieproductie in balans te brengen, de poriën diep te reinigen en een langdurige conditionerende werking te creëren die de huid verzacht tot perfecte zijde. Het zit boordevol peptiden en lipiden en bevat de hoogste niveaus van fenolische verbindingen die in de natuur voorkomen, samen met antioxidanten en alle oplosbare vormen van vitamine E!

Virgin Coconut (Cocos Nucifera) – Onze zuivere, ongerepte virgin kokosolie verzadigt de huid en biedt een prachtige hydratatie en veerkracht. Kokosolie maakt fijne lijntjes glad en is een bewaker van de vochtbarrière van de huid.

Supercritisch duindoornextract (Hippophae rhamnoides) – Duindoorn stuurt zijn lipiden diep in de huid en vermindert onevenwichtigheden van binnenuit. Dit superkritische extract zit boordevol omega vetzuren 3, 6, 7 en 9, antioxidanten, vitamine, palmitoleïnezuren, carotenoïden en fytosterolen. Een enkele druppel duindoornolie bevat 190 verschillende bioactieve stoffen. Deze helder oranje essence is ongelooflijk regenererend en huidzuiverend – het verlicht roodheid en vermindert wallen. Duindoorn is een uitstekende toevoeging aan reinigingsmiddelen tegen acne. Het helpt de huid te harmoniseren met de zon.

Neroli (Citrus aurantium) – Neroli is berucht om het verzachten van littekens, vlekken, striae en acne. Deze stimulerende, zuiverende olie exfolieert en verjongt zachtjes, voor een gladde, frisse huid. Het wordt vaak gebruikt om rimpels te vervagen en vlekken van acne te verminderen.

Bloedsinaasappel (Citrus sinensis) – Bloedsinaasappelessence is briljant verstevigend, geweldig tonifiërend en verjongend voor huid en geest. Deze oppeppende olie verbetert de stevigheid en elasticiteit van de huid.

Mandarijn petitgrain (Citrus reticulate) – Merry Mandarin Petitgrain barst van de frisse, fruitige geur en de zoete, opwindende toets van oranjebloesem met fluisteringen van pruim. Gestoomd uit de bladeren en de jonge, kleine vruchten van de mandarijnboom, is de resulterende olie even ontspannend en rustgevend als de essentiële olie van mandarijn, maar met een hoog gehalte aan kalmerende esters.

Palmarosa (Cymbopogon martini) – Aangename palmarosa wordt gedestilleerd uit een tropisch, geurig gras, wat resulteert in een aromatische olie die ruikt naar een citroen-geranium-roos en gewoonweg schitterend is voor de neus! Deze formidabele huidverjonger is rijk aan machtige monoterpenolen, verzachtende esters, liefdevolle linalool en gulle geraniolen. Het zit boordevol heilzame botanische verbindingen. Deze krachtige olie verstevigt en verjongt de huid. Het wordt gebruikt ter ondersteuning van een stralende huid en om evenwicht te bereiken tussen vettigheid en droogte.

Wortelzaad (Daucus carota) – Koningin Anne’s kant zalft je gezicht met koninklijke gratie. Wortelolie stimuleert de olieproductie in perfecte verhoudingen, ongeacht de huidige toestand van uw huid. Vette, droge en gemengde huid kunnen allemaal profiteren van de stimulerende, hydraterende kracht van wortelzaad.

Kurkuma (Curcuma longa) – Kurkuma is een gouden tonicum voor de huid. Door superkritische extractie worden alle lipofiele (van olie houdende) bestanddelen van kurkuma uit de wortels van de plant gehaald. How to Use Our Best Skin Evers

Washing the face with pure pressed plant oils is an ancient Ayurvedic and gracious gypsy method to cleanse and gently exfoliate the skin. Nadine designed the Best Skin Evers to be your finest bathing and beauty aide. These oils plus water and a cloth are the simple essentials to cleanse, exfoliate, moisten and bedew.

Colder Temperature & The Best Skin Evers

We get almost daily questions about the Best Skin Evers and "bits" floating in it. I have discussed this before but am more than happy to do it again. The bits you see are pieces of coconut oil. The Best Skin Evers contain coconut oil and this oil (like many others, for that matter) becomes firmer/harder as the temperature drops. For example; I have a jar of coconut oil in the kitchen drawer at home that is spreadable but definitely not liquid!

We get these bottles delivered this way and it makes sense because on the way on the plane, in the cargo hold, it's cold, in our warehouse it's very cool and dark, so the coconut oil never gets to a point where it can melt.
And maybe you've experienced it yourself when you've put a bottle, for preservation, in the fridge. Then you can see almost the entire bottle "solidify" in a short time.

Fortunately, there is a very simple, effective solution to this; put the bottle in (hand) warm water and the coconut oil (but Tamanu can also cause this problem) will melt. Shake well and it's ready to use!

Pay attention to the pump as well, because you may have tried to use the product and there is also solidified coconut oil in the pump. You can reopen this by putting it in warm water for a while, drying it well and it is ready to use again.
A bit of work, but yes, it is thanks to the absence of preservatives! And that's a very nice thought then 😉

Directions: Washing/Cleansing your Face with Best Skin Ever

Maak een klein deel van een doek nat met water.
Breng een tot twee druppels van een van de Best Skin Evers aan op het vochtige gedeelte van het gezichtsdoekje.
Gently massage the face, neck and back of the neck with the moistened cloth. Wash gently or wash vigorously for a deeper exfoliating effect. Het gezicht spoelen is optioneel.

Als je meer vocht nodig hebt, voeg dan nog een of twee spuitjes van een van onze Best Skin Evers of Libations Serums (Rose Glow, Soothsayer, Royal Rose, Sandalwood, Chocolate Karat of Open Sky) toe aan je vingertoppen en masseer het gezicht en de hals. Als je huid extra dorstig aanvoelt, zal een Libations Crème (Sundew, Rose Glow, All Seeing, of Maverick) voldoen.

Je kunt ook een druppel of twee van een van de serums toevoegen aan een beetje van een van de crèmes. Ze passen allemaal prachtig bij elkaar.

Directions: Using Best Skin Ever on your Body after a Bath or Shower

Laat het lichaam nat na een bad of douche.
Maak een washandje nat met water. Knijp het uit.
Breng een paar spuitjes aan op het natte washandje van een van de Best Skin Evers.

UNDERARM APPERANCE LIGHTENER
I got Neroli specifically for my underarms. While citrus oils are (apparently) effective for skin brightening and pore tightening, they could also be phototoxic. I figured, my pits won’t be exposed to the sun, especially during fall-spring, so I could apply it day or night.

Almost a month now, I have been pressing Neroli BSE against supple skin under my arms after showering. With what remained on my hands, I also spread it on my upper arms where I have redness from keratosis pilaris, as well as elbows where I’d also like to avoid getting dark.

I think my underarms became lighter! I had bumpy pores and horizontal red creases as well, and they are getting better too. Less redness on my arms. My elbows weren’t so dark to begin with, but I like how they are kept moist and not crusty. The smell was initially a bit unexpected, but it grew on me.

Thank you Nadine. Maybe this coming summer I could show off my underarms.

LITERALLY BEST SKIN EVER
One thing ( amongst ever so many) I’ve learned from Living Libations is that no matter how over the moon I am with the oils and products, just keep on experimenting and exploring still further….and wow!!! I daily use a lot of the oils in this BSE ( neroli, blood orange …) and never expected that this particular combo would have such spectacular results plus having tried most of the other BSE I had happily settled with the Sandalwood one as a firm favourite – but this one is BEYOND, it evens out and illuminates my very fair skin better than any of the other ones and the appearance of dark circles under my eyes are virtually gone for the first time since I became aware of them some time in childhood – and it seems better then open sky eye serum. Cleanser, serum, body oil …Nadine please produce it in a bigger bottle, I’m stockpiling it!

HOLY MIRACULOUS!
Okay, I am seriously not sure how on earth this product could possibly achieve what it has for me but it has!!!! I have had mild eczema around my eyes off and on for years! It was pretty bad when I purchase this and the day I got this in the mail I put some on my skin as a moisturizer before I went to bed and wheni woke up I was utterly in shock, my eczema was literally about 85% GONE. All the redness was completely down to a light light pink tone, and all the scaliness was gone. I mean, my husband was even completely in disbelief. I put this stuff on my face straight as it is and my complexion has evened itself out in about 1 weeks time if that. I’m not kidding when I say that this product is miraculous. I put it on my daughters face too and everyone has noticed the way we both look. Less than a week!!!!!!! I’m completely in love and hope I never have to go without this product ever!!!! I also bought this on a whim and was afraid this would be “rosy.” But it’s one of the best products I’ve ever tried. It left my skin glowing, soft, and with a beautiful sweet natural scent. It is absolutely amazing what a difference it made, in how hydrated and dewy my skin felt. I was hooked immediately and feel like this is the best gift i ever gave my skin. If you get one LL products this fall, this should be it.

NOT SURE
I really love the way the oil feels on my skin not oily or greasy and my skin really soaks it up and makes it super soft and touchable.
Ive been using it on my body for maybe a week, once a day, in the hope it would reduce my red bumps on my arm, i would say it has slightly reduced them, but I will have to wait it out a little longer before seeing more dramatic results.
I’m not sure about the smell, I really disliked it when I first got it, but it is certainly growing on me. All of Nadine’s oils are unlike any synthetic scents or anything I’ve ever smelled before, and they are wonderful, but it took some getting used to for me.

One of my good friends gave me the Neroli Best Skin Ever for Christmas and I absolutely LOVE it!!! I even wrote to her and told her that the Neroli makes me feel sooooo sexy & beautiful….it makes me want to roll around & make love with some sexy man in a field of orange blossoms! I kid you not. hehehe I could sit in a tub of it or lavishly moisturize myself day & night and never get tired of it. That is how much I love it! I pray that you will never discontinue this product….as it is, I’ve been using this precious oil very rarely but only because I want it to last forever…however I might cave one day and just pour the entire bottle on me. lol I really hope you’ll always keep this in stock. It’s absolutely wonderful….moisturizes beautifully and smells absolutely divine. Thank you so much for this creation. 🙂

INTOXICATING
I took a gamble and ordered this on-line without doing a sniff test and it has more than exceeded my expectations! The scent is divine-fresh and almost chocolatey. I was worried it would be too much on the “rosy” side (since I have bad olfactory memories of cheap rose perfumes) but it smells fantastic while also having incredibly potent ingredients. And my skin is glowing as a result now. Thank you for this! My new favorite….

I love all of the Living Libations BSE that i have tried. The Seabuckthorn is my miracle oil against acne and this glorious neroli oil has saved my dry skin during the whole winter. I use this for my oil cleansing methol, as a facial serum and as a body oil. When my hair gets frizzy, i also use a single drop to apply on my hair and it instantly becomes smooth and shiny. Glorious smell, glorious sense, glorious product!!!??

I personally dont do well with coconut oil on my face, it clogs my pores and gives me acne. But I thought Maybe its different with LL since my Skin has changed so much with their products. Son intead of the sandalwood one I bought this one and a few others on sale. Sadly it still clogs my pores because of the coconut oil. I guess its just not for me. I personally dont like the smell.
