(Recipe) Winter glow Smoothie Bowl

A warm, nourishing breakfast for radiant skin

In winter, we naturally crave warm and comforting foods.

Cold smoothies and icy breakfasts just don’t feel right when it’s grey outside and your skin is already a little dry from the cold air. But that doesn’t mean you have to skip your glow foods.

This winter version of a smoothie bowl is gently warmed, easy to digest and packed with skin-loving nutrients. Think antioxidant-rich berries, healthy fats, minerals and fibre to support your skin from within.

It’s the kind of breakfast that feels cosy and grounding, yet still fresh and energising.

Creamy. Soft. Comforting.

The perfect slow morning ritual — especially after your skincare and before you start your day.

Because glowing skin doesn’t only come from what you put on your face… it also comes from what you feed your body.
